CUSTOM WORK
I love working on custom projects. I have experience working on a wide variety of projects including custom wallets, leashes, collars, belts, purses, messenger bags, carpentry pouches, sheaths, holsters, door pulls, plant hangers, bracelets, and probably so much more—try me!
There are some things that I don’t do simply because spacial and equipment constraints don’t allow for me to do them efficiently or effectively: I don’t work on upholstery, garment, or shoe related work.
PERSONALIZATION AND EMBOSSING
Gusset Leather offers embossing services for custom work and products found in the online store, including debossing and hot foil embossing things like names, initials, wedding dates, or your business logo. Check out the available fonts here. I will only emboss Gusset Leather items. Please use the contact form above to get in touch about custom embossing dies for business logos and the like.
Embossing costs are generally about $10.00 per strike—meaning that whatever can fit into my embossing machine and can be stamped in one attempt will cost $10.00. Pricing will be adjusted for multiple strikes of the same line/lines over multiple items; contact for more information.
TERMS // SHIPPING // RETURN POLICY
All items are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping delivery estimates are estimates. Applicable taxes included in list price. Gusset Leather is happy to honour a lifetime warranty on all of our products. Fully refunded returns accepted within 30 days of purchase upon inspection of the item in question, customer must pay return shipping. Please use the form above to inquire about repairs - I only fix Gusset Leather items.
Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number via email. Domestic shipping estimated arrival 5-8 business days; International shipping estimated arrival 7-12 business days.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our lifetime warranty covers quality of craftsmanship, meaning that if it can be shown that one of our products has failed due to a faulty method of construction we are more than happy to fix and/or replace that product for you. Visit our FAQ page for more information.
